Policy:

The personal data collected to handle an order will be treated as strictly confidential. The publisher warrants that these data will generally not be passed on to third parties. An exception exists only regarding a passing on of such data to the delivery company of Car-hifi-radio-adapter.eu who require this data to handle the order. In such a case Car-hifi-radio-adapter.eu will not pass on the data to third persons. All further regulations regarding data protection will strictly be adhered to.

 

Contracting party:
This contract (hereinafter known as Purchase Order) is concluded between the CLIENT (referred to
below as “CLIENT”) and the Car-hifi-radio-adapter.eu company designated in the order (referred to below as
“Car-hifi-radio-adapter.eu”). Together, the supplier and Client are designated as the “contracting parties”.

 

Your contract with us is concluded by us delivering your order and the goods reaching you or the receiver, as case may be. The order confirmation is generated automatically and does not constitute an acceptance of your order.

 

You may, without giving any reasons, cancel your order within two weeks in written form (e.g. letter, fax or e-mail) or by returning the goods to us. This two weeks period commences on the day the goods are received by you, in case of recurrent deliveries of congeneric goods (namely journal subscriptions) on the date of receipt of the first partial delivery. To comply with the time limit it is sufficient to timely dispatch the cancellation (date of postmark) to sellier.

In case of cancellation in writing the customer is obliged to forthwith return the goods. Should payments have been effected, these will be returned by us.
In case of cancellation we retain the right to claim for damages should the goods have deteriorated, if such deterioration goes beyond the extend necessary for you to examine the goods.
In case of returning goods whose value is up to 40 Euro you will have to bear the costs of returning the goods to us, if the goods conformed to the contract. In other cases the returning of goods is free of costs to you.
The right of cancellation for delivery of software is null and void if you have opened the packaging or if you received an eBook by download or by E-Mail.

Calculation per order via webshop and country of destination: Shipping costs, as can be seen from the order process.

Price:

a. The prices stated in the Internet at the time of the order shall apply. The prices stated shall be final prices, i.e. they contain the statutory Value Added Tax applicable at the time and other integral parts of prices plus dispatch costs, as can be seen from the order process.

 

b. The right to technical amendments of the commodities as well as changes of the shape, colour and/or weight shall be reserved.

 

Delivery:
We only deliver to the customers billing address. We may at our discretion, subject to conditions, deliver to an alternative shipping address provided that sufficient information is given.

 

Delivery will vary from three days to 30 days depending upon the availability of the product, alterations and manufacturing. Most items will be shipped within three days.

Our aim is to deliver the products at your doorstep within 3 to 10 working days from clearance of the payment in any case there is a slight delay with your order which will be outside our control. Car-hifi-radio-adapter.eu will not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay to the delivery of the products. If a product that you ordered is not in stock at the time, we will send you an email informing you how soon we will be able to ship your goods. If you decide to cancel the order provided that the parcel has not been dispatched, in that case we will reimburse any payment you have made in respect of the product. It is possible to track your parcel via Parcel-force by quoting your reference number.

 

The obligation to deliver is under the precondition that the goods are available. Should the work ordered not have been published yet, your order will be pre-booked whenever possible. Should a book be out of print, you have the choice to cancel your order or to be pre-booked for a reprint or a new edition, should such be published. In any case you will be informed immediately about the unavailability of the article.

 

a. All invoices will be in Euro. The commodities shall be paid for in advance. Payments by PAY PAL shall be possible at the terms stated during the ordering process. Payment by sending cash or cheques shall not be possible. Liability in the event of loss shall be ruled out.
 
Rerention of title:

The publisher retains full title in the goods delivered until the contract price was paid in full.

 

All products sold by Car-hifi-radio-adapter.eu are new, first quality (never seconds) brand name merchandise. We do offer factory reconditioned items, the condition of those items are marked as factory reconditioned and they all offer a limited warranty.
Powernetshop.at will honor a full one year limited warranty on all brand new items.
